Support management

Procedure: After you have met "your" au pair through us, the contracts will be signed.

Our role: We check all documents for completeness and accuracy for the German Embassy.

Costs: The first installment of the brokerage fee is usually due during this phase.

Appointment: The au pair arranges an appointment at the German Embassy in India (VFS Global).

Waiting time: Processing by the embassy and approval by the immigration authorities in Germany takes approximately 2–3 months.

Costs: The visa fee (approx. €75) is paid by the au pair (often reimbursed by the host family).

The special feature: While the visa is being finalized, the au pair goes through our intensive preparatory school.

Training in etiquette, values of upscale households, table manners and professional service.

Practical tips for integration, everyday life in Germany, and preserving Indian warmth.

Goal: Your au pair arrives not as a stranger, but as prepared support for the whole family.

Flight booking: The flight is booked as soon as the visa is affixed to the passport.

Costs: A flight from India to Germany costs approximately €500 to €800, depending on the season. The host family usually covers these costs in advance or reimburses a portion of them.

Arrival: We will coordinate your arrival at your home.
